Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gas Stove Service Center (“Company”, “we”, “our”), we strive to provide high-quality and timely repair services for Gas Stoves, Hobs, Cooktops, and Cooking Ranges in Bangalore and Hyderabad. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Customers can cancel a booked service at least 2 hours before the scheduled technician visit without any charges.

• If a service is canceled less than 2 hours before the appointment, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.

• Cancellations must be made via phone call or WhatsApp to ensure confirmation.

2. Rescheduling Appointments

• Customers may reschedule their appointment at least 2 hours in advance without any additional charges.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours prior may incur a rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduled appointments are subject to technician availability.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds apply only for advance payments made for service bookings that were canceled as per the above terms.

• Refund requests must be submitted via phone or email.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Payments made after service completion are non-refundable, unless the service was not provided or was incomplete due to our fault.

4. Service Quality Guarantee

• If the service is incomplete or the issue persists due to technician error, we will revisit and resolve the issue at no extra cost.

• Refunds for services already performed will only be issued if we fail to rectify the appliance issue after two follow-up visits.

5. Exceptions

• No refunds or cancellations are provided for services canceled due to natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other force majeure events.

• Any damage to appliances caused by misuse, negligence, or prior repairs by third parties is not covered.
